Office of Business Outreach (OBO)
Office: 200 McCool Hall
This office serves as the point of contact between the College of Business and the business and public sectors. We publish a monthly white paper examining a pressing business and/or societal issue, a weekly summary of business events in Mississippi, a periodic technology brief that highlights new software, and a quarterly newsletter that reports the College’s outreach activities. We also assist faculty in locating organizations for class projects so students can combine "real world" experience with academic learning. In addition, we are the coordinating center for funded research fo the College, and offer administrative services to faculty inthe preparation of proposals and the adminstration of funded research projects.
