A Message from the Dean of the College of Business

It’s an exciting time to be a Business Bulldog!

Welcome to the College of Business web page! We are delighted you’ve chosen to spend a bit of time with us. The MSU College of Business, one of the oldest business schools in the southeast, was founded in 1915, but looks quite different than it looked when we began almost a century ago. Today’s College of Business, housed in McCool Hall and the Seal Family Business Complex in the heart of campus, offers undergraduate degree programs in 12 areas, including innovative programs in International Business and PGA Professional Golf Management, as well as more ‘traditional’ business majors as well. The Adkerson School of Accountancy, along with three other academic departments, also offers six Masters and six Doctoral degree programs.

Faculty members in our college are outstanding educators, excelling in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service to our community. Students are recognized as being among the best in their fields. College of Business alumni have made their mark as leaders in their professions and communities. A business degree from Mississippi State University prepares you for a life well lived!
