"The Pitch"February 01, 2011 at McCool Atrium
We are excited to offer a creative corporate event called "The Pitch". This is how it works: we will divide all of our organization representatives into small groups and each group will be assigned to a classroom. The students will be divided as well and assigned to a classroom. One by one, each student will give their "pitch" to the employers for 60 - 90 seconds. The goal of this exercise will be to feature our students and get them comfortable marketing themselves. We will also have the opportunity to network in the McCool Atrium and enjoy some heavy hours d'eour'vres. This gives everyone time to meet and network with one another. In addition, each organization will receive a copy of each student's resume for follow-up interviews.
