B.E.S.T. Program at Duisberg-Essen

IB students wishing to participate in the Business and Economics Summer Term (“BEST”) program at Duisberg-Essen University will have until February 1, 2008 to reserve a place (places awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis). The BEST program, which will run between May 21 and June 20, offers upper-division undergraduate business and economics courses, together with German language instruction through the faculty of the Mercator School of Management. Students who are proficient in German may elect to follow up their classroom instruction with internships arranged through the Mercator school of management, thus satisfying both the internship and study abroad requirements of the IB program.

Students wishing to participate should indicate their interest via email to Jeanne Tillman (jht2@msstate.edu). After February 1, the program will be opened to university-wide participation, and participation will not be guaranteed.
