Guest Speaker: Dr. Lisa Harris discussed multi-generational workforces

Summary: 1950s: Korean war, etc, shaped that generation 1960s: NASA, Assassinations: JFK, Malcolm X, etc shaped that generation 1970s: Television shaped people as; women started entering into the workforce. And t.v. had to raise a lot of kids of that time. Also, Elvis Parsley died during that period. 1980s: Economic change 1988-2009: September 11, etc has been shaping our lives. Baby boomers: 1946-1964 Generation X: 1965-1980 Millennia’s: 1981-2009
