MBA Students Compete at SEC MBA Case Competition
4-6-14 - Mississippi State's MBA Case Team competed at the second annual SEC MBA Case Study Competition held at the University of Alabama's campus April 3-5. All 14 SEC schools sent a four-member MBA student team to compete, and each of the teams were given the same case that presented a current, real-world problem facing the banking industry.
The competition was sponsored by Regions Bank, which presented the case for student teams to analyze. Regions also provided company leaders and experts to serve as judges for the competition.
The members of the 2014 Mississippi State MBA Case Team were Amber Burton, Kim Pettit, Brian Greco, and Bhanupriya Shanmugam.
Congratulations to Case Team member Bhanupriya Shanmugam for placing in the Best Q&A category as part of the individual competition!
The SEC MBA Case Competition is one of several programs undertaken by SECU, the academic initiative of the Southeastern Conference.
