The Bulldog Business Show - March 2017

The Bulldog Business Show is a monthly program dedicated to bringing you all the latest news and information from Mississippi State University's College of Business. Each episode gives you an inside look at the College's programs and events, history, faculty, students and alumni.

In this month's episode, host Jeffrey Rupp speaks with MSU alumnus and entrepreneur Kaylie Mitchell, co-founder of Glo—a company producing liquid activated beverage lights. Glo was invited to showcase its product in a celebrity suite at the 2017 Academy Awards after being discovered on Viral Thread.

The next guest is other Glo co-founder, Hagan Walker. Hagan graduated with an engineering degree from Mississippi State, where he developed the first prototype. Hagan is hoping the celebrity exposure from the Academy Awards will aid the company in gaining publicity in the future. The company hopes to continue this success in its new downtown Starkville headquarters.
