The Adkerson School of Accountancy is a professional school that combines a general, broad business, and accounting education. This program will prepare you for positions in public, private, or governmental accounting. It is also an excellent foundation for the study of law. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and interpersonal skills by participating in an internship program. Students meeting certain criteria are given the opportunity to join several student organizations, which are sponsored by the Adkerson School of Accountancy.

ASAP Camp
Accelerating Students into the Accounting Profession (ASAP) is a fun-filled and interactive three-day summer camp designed for rising high school seniors to create an interest in accounting and provide an overview of the various career opportunities within the accounting profession. Campers will be housed in a campus residence hall and get a glimpse of what college is like as a "bulldog" at Mississippi State University!
